Before joining Julius Baer, she was Head Business Development Private Markets at Baloise Asset Management. Further experience includes launching the Swisscanto Growth Fund for Zürcher Kantonalbank, being a Private Equity Investment professional at Partners Group, a Managing Director at LGT Private Equity Advisors and a business consultant at Oliver, Wymann and Company.

Claudia holds a PhD in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen and an MBA from HEC-Paris.
